In this section you will be able to configure general settings for the profile type in this section.

General Profile Settings

  • Avatar
    Give this profile an avatar.
  • Profile Title
    Specify a meaningful title for the profile.
  • Alias
    Specify the permalinks for the profile.
  • Description
    Give a very short, brief and meaningful description to why users should be registering with this profile.
  • Published Status
    Determine whether this the profile should be published.
  • Default Profile
    Determine whether this profile should be the default profile. (Only 1 profile type will be set as default)
  • Account Deletion
    Determine whether the users from this profile is allowed to delete their own profile.
  • Allow in Registration
    Determine whether this profile should be appeared during registration.
  • Allow Community Access
    Determine whether this profile should be allowed accessing the community.
  • Allow Profile Switching
    Determine whether this profile should be allowed switching their profile.
  • Ordering
    Specify the ordering of the profile which profile should be listed first.

  • Redirection Upon Registration (For Auto Login)
    Specify the redirection upon successful registration using this profile type.
  • Single Sign On Registration Type
    Specify the registration behaviour for users registering on the site using their social identity.
  • Send Registration E-mail To User
    Determine whether to send registration email to registered user when they register on the site with this profile type.
  • Send Registration E-mail To Site Admin
    Determine whether to send notification email to site admin when a user registers on the site with this profile type.

Profile Default User Group

In this section you will be able to specify the default user groups for users who registered under this profile. This determines the Joomla User Groups that will be assigned to the user.
