EasyBlog 5.4.4 Released

In this release, we have also added some new functionality in EasyBlog and implemented several fixes to address previously reported issues:

• ? Admin can now set the default value for using Youtube-nocookie domain for Youtube videos
• ? Updated to use new Facebook API v7.0 for auto-posting on Facebook Pages and Groups
• ? Added a new ordering direction parameter in menu parameters to allow admin to configure the ordering direction
  
• All EasyBlog modules are now updated to include the built-in parameter in Joomla for layout selection
  
• Featured posts will no longer be included in the listing if the option "Include featured posts" is disabled in the menu parameter
  
• Fixed javascript errors when trying to browse for an author on the single author layout menu creation
  
• Added missing translations from template editor screen
• Added missing translations for auto posting settings
• Pinterest scripts will no longer be generated on the site when it is disabled
• Continue reading button will now respect the grid settings for single category and author layout
• Calendar view and calendar module will now respect the category filtering accordingly
• Clear Filter button in the custom field search module will now work correctly
• Fixed issue with EasyBlog archive module generating errors on MySQL < 5.5
• Fixed issue with single post layout menu item not working correctly
• Fixed conflicting url issue when the menu item alias is the same as the blog post alias when Simple Category routing option is used
• Addressed issue with toolbar module generating javascript errors on mobile when toolbar is disabled in the settings
• Updated Twitter data to use video link if a video is used as a post cover
• Card layouts are now standardized on mobile and web version
• Reorganized GDPR template for iframe embeds to prevent SEO issues with incorrect hierarchical DOM
• Fixed issue with filter options not displaying correctly on EasyBlog Post Map module
• Fixed issue with searching for contents containing double quotes

Updating to EasyBlog 5.4.4 

Updating EasyBlog is a pretty straight-forward procedure. You can update EasyBlog using the single click updater in Joomla or the back end of EasyBlog. Alternatively, you can also download the latest version from your dashboard and install it just like how you normally install any extension.
