Hi
We have a few questions please

1. Does the app support RTL and Hebrew and Arabic languages translation ' Does it include translation file as in Jooma ?
2. Does it have capability to edit delete or add easy social features ?
3. Does it include all easy social feature ?
4. Does it support all workflow and login process ?
5. Does it support other extension like easy blog ?

Please advice
Udi ERTINET

Hi Udi,

1. The first version of the app do not have support for RTL.

2. There's only some features can be disabled/limited in the app, such as maximum photos to be uploaded.

3. The app will only support most of the important feature from the ES web at the moment.

4. It does not support all workflow and login process, yet we aim to minimize the registration/creating workflow when using the app.

5. Unfortunately it doesn't support external extension such as EB. Any unsupported extension...

Hi Stack ideas Team
Would this app Support in built webview for Other Third party component like Jreviews or EASY DISCUSSION ?

Same question, if EB ED are included and why not jreviews

Hi Gill,

We do not have the built in webview at this moment But the external link/url will be open in a separated built in browser within the app since the webview will be deprecated in the future (for ios).

I assume the app news feed will mirror the same feed as the desktop news feed correct? And if an EB post publishes to the news feed and user clicks on it from within the native app it will direct them to EB post in their browser correct?

Yes, that is correct

Hi Mark :)
Would App news feed also support the Jreviews activities ( https://imgur.com/a/J3YvORC ) and when user click on Easyblog Post and its open inside in built browser. Would the users automatically login into their account inside the browser to comment on blog post or they need to login again ?
thanks

Hello GILL,

In our initial release, we are only focusing on internal activity streams generated within EasySocial. Once we progress, we'll start adding more support of other activities.

Hello,
Can you add pages from the website to the app? Do you have control over the menu to add whatever you want?
Is there an interface that allows you to make changes to the app? Like a backend?

Thanks!

Stackideas is awesome by the way . . .

Exactly

Currently the app is developed with end users in mind where it is used by users of the website. Administrative functionality will not be available on initial release but we do have plans in the future to include them

Early christmas in November? Great news ❤! Can't wait to provide it to our users. Pls, could you provide english source? I would like to send it to translation. Thanks.

Hey Pavol,

We are very looking forward to it as well ! The english translation files is currently under preparation, but it will be ready in the near future Stay tuned!

Hello, could you import the current state in the demo (Expo)?

Hi Barry,

I am really sorry, it is not possible to import the current state into our demo at this moment.

However, our team is preparing the beta version and it will be available to test in the near future, so stay tuned!

Hi,
few questions :
- is the apps supports notifications push ? Additional cost ?
- What will be the annual fee renewal ?
- We plan to launch our apps in one year, is it possible to only enable it at this time if we buy it now ?
- What such of customization will be possible ?
- You will publish it to Apple store and Google store ? Is it cover by the price ?
Thanks !

- is the apps supports notifications push ? Additional cost ?

Yes, it will support push notification and we are riding on Expo's push notification since it is free and it has unlimited use. In the future, we intend to be able to support other push notifications providers.

- What will be the annual fee renewal ?

Purchasing the product includes 6 months of support and updates. Once it expires, you can opt to renew it at 20% of the rate if you want. If you do not need the support or...

Purchasing the product includes 6 months of support and updates. Once it expires, you can opt to renew it at 20% of the rate if you want. If you do not need the support or access to the latest version, you don't have to renew.

If you want to, we can activate the license when you are ready.

- What such of customization will be possible ?

We do provide a simple interface on our web to allow you to tweak some of the app properties but because of the complexity when it comes to building the app, we can't allow you to tweak everything.

We also provide the source code of the app and you are free to modify it. You will need to understand React Native to be able to customize and tweak the codes.

- You will publish it to Apple store and Google store ? Is it cover by the price ?

No, this is not included in the service. It is your own responsibility to upload and respond to Apple's App Store and Google Play Store should you want to publish the apps there.

Our web app will allow you to build the app (if you do not want to build yourself with the source) and you can then download the *.ipa and the *.apk file. You then need to upload into the respective stores.

Note: There is a cost in listing your app on Apple's App Store where they require you to be part of their developer program at $99 / year. This cost is not included when you purchase.

Hi there,
Which ReactNative UI component are you using in development of the app ... ( btw. My testing app loads the app on my expo account but, the app don't work anymore )

I am not too sure what do you mean by that but we are writing most of our codes from scratch and we are relying on 3rd party libraries for other functionalities in the app.
