Stream Questions. Number of Items & Recurring Items?

Number of Items:

When I go here and am not logged in I see 1 item in my stream.

I have referred to the documentation here:

https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/activity-stream/changing-display-date-of-stream

But it seems out of date and incomplete.

Where do I set the number of items to be displayed in a stream when not logged in es 2+?

When I go here ES back end under: ES/Activity Stream/Pagnation I have “Number of items to load“ set to 15

I must be missing another setting but where?


Recurring Item:

When I login I see items recurring.

e.g.: a blog post called “FCPX & Klangfreund LUFS Meter”

I suspect what I am seeing here is updates to a Blog post being posted to the stream?

Where can I switch this function off.

I do not want to see every post update I make posted to the stream.
