"Spam" instead of "Delete" button in moderation emails

Hello guys, the title summarizes effectively my topic, but I would like to justify it by saying that deletion is quite a drastic measure, especially since the comment is immediately deleted upon clicking on the Delete button in the moderation email. It could be clicked accidentally, or it could even be clicked on purpose (maliciously) eg. by an author and the comment would be completely gone.

Could something as simple as editing /emails/comment.moderate.php file (line 74) work, eg. by replacing $deleteLink with another possibly defined variable like "$spamLink" or is it something that requires much more work than that?

Thanks in advance for your time and effort.
Kind regards,
