Set email address to notificate a new comment for moderation

unfortunately I have already consulted the forum without being able to find a right solution for my problem.

I need only a superadmin to receive notifications of the publication of a new moderation comment.
The only user who has to receive notifications is rossella.reategui@bibroker.it

I would be very grateful if you could help me accessing the site directly, I'm sure it's a very simple thing for you.

To access via FTP it is necessary to set the IP filters of aruba, you have the credentials, but I think it is not necessary to solve the problem.
