reply botton doesn't appear after login

Hi, I can't understand why before logging in, reply botton normally appears in the comments posted below the joomla articles of my website (http://www.waterwind.it), while after logging the botton disappears, and comments can only be added as new ones and not as replies to previous comments. Is there a configuration option I have to set?
