repalce form alert

hi

I have suggest for komento UX :

when komento send alert to user , for ex: field not complete or terms not selected ; visitor scroll place is in about send button but alert info is show on top of komento that visitor not see it .

suggest alert info change to popup ( or corner notification ) . or not ; move to bottom of komento and top of submit button .

or say to me please I should to change which file to make it ok ?
