Remove permalinks

Hi, The permalinks in the comments are all individually indexed in Google, and I definitely want to get rid of those. Therefor I want to disable the permalink feature in my comments. I tried to follow the instructions in the documentation: https://stackideas.com/docs/komento/administrators/how-tos/how-to-hide-permalink-on-comment-item
Apparently I should do so by navigating to Komento > Integrations and select your desired component. Next, click on Layout > Comment Item and then set Enable Permalink to No.
However, there is no option to do so. I am on the latest version (3.1.2)
