Recaptcha isn't showing up.

I'm trying to figure out why the Recaptcha box isn't showing up on my site. I have triple-checked that the keys are correct and have tried to disable any plugins that might be interfering, but it still won't show up. What am I doing wrong?

I've tried enabling " Load Komento's jQuery Library" and that made no difference..
