Photo Quality Setting?

After more thoroughly evaluating the "losses" from ES 1.4 to ES 2.0, I was impressed once again at how well it was handled in terms of removing features, virtually no negative effects. :D There is however one concern on my end which is about photo quality.

ES 1.4 had a photo quality setting which was located in Settings > Photos > Uploader
ES 2.0 does not appear to have this setting due to the same location not having this setting. I looked around just in case. As a photographer I take photo quality seriously. So in my case I would set it to 100%. However I understand that some may want to save space or reduce bandwidth usage. Is it set to 100% by default? Was removing the setting intentional? A lot of gallery sites and community extensions out there allow control of image quality from administrators.

I understand the intention of reducing clutter, however in the Photo Uploader section there is currently only one setting which is the opposite of being cluttered. ;)
