Think I may have an issue with the sales report

It seems the figures aren't adding up, even the dashboard says the same

Noticed the renewals show 2, but there was only one and it was for $600, not $1200. https://www.screencast.com/t/ojwJwMs4cQ
It says there were 4 sales when I dug deeper.
2 for $4,000
2 for $1,200
Yet, the actual sales were:
1 unit for $2,000
1 unit for $600
So the total should be: $2,600
The subscription growth does only show 2 active.
