Hello,
As my 2022 membership campaign ends, I want to update PayPlans.
But when I try to update from the Joomla! backoffice (Extensions/Manage/Update), I get the following error:
Failed to extract file: payplans_to_5.0.6_from_4.2.13_key_8b9e7ab295e87570551db122a04c6f7c_domain_http://www.sfgm-tc.com
When I try from the PayPlans backoffice, I get the following message:
Error updating component when using the API from Joomla. Please try again.
Can you help me?
