Komento Thumbnails work inconsistently?

Please see the screen shot for what I am seeing at my end.

In the Comment “Profile Settings” I have integration set to EasySocial.

Also please try clicking on otherGUY and then Paul David Murray.

otherGUY goes to a profile

and Paul David Murray does not go to a profile!

Maybe this happened after the recent Komento update
