Hello,
access control rulesets for guest with fresh install of new Joomla 3.2.0. and fresh install of Komento doesn't work anymore.
For some reason new joomla doesn't listen to komento ruleset anymore. This happens only with fresh install. When tried on updated joomla from 3.1.5. to 3.2.0 there is no problem. Also disabling READ comment by guest doesn't work. Looks like joomla's 3.2.0 version do not want to listen to Komento's access cotroll rules. I tried this on 2 separate servers 1and1.com and home.pl and both have the same problem.
