Installed.. but can't see any difference at all?

Hi.. I use just EasyDiscuss on my site. I just had a user point out that some parts of the menu he can't see if he's on his iPad... so I thought a swift install of this wonderful new 'Toolbar' you've built might help out.

I've uploaded it, gone to the 'StackIdeas Toolbar' module - made sure that is published and set to show on all pages... but it seems to have no effect at all - I can't see any change on my site.... the EasyDiscuss toolbar remains exactly how it was. Have I perhaps missed something?
