Easysocial blog app language

Hello, i am writing about the easysocial blog app not easyblog (http://stackideas.com/apps/item/5-blog), i'd translated the included fille en-GB.plg_app_user_blog.ini and renamed it (fr-FR.plg_app_user_blog.ini) and uploaded it in the lang folder but nothing change !

i forgot some thing !?
