Dublicated Checkmark when using Kuro Theme and Beez

While I checked some issues with Komento (see other postings) I found out that the checkmark for the "agree" caused some issues (at least in firefox 47.x and IE 11 using Joomla 3.6 with default Beez template and Komento 2.0.9) see attached screenshot ... its dublicated with diffferent colors. Same by the way happen to the Subscribe button.
