Can't show moderation box for guest comments.

I did have this showing at one time at the bottom of the Komento comments form in a pink box right under the recaptcha box. I made some changes in Komento Integrations (Joomla and EasyBlog) and now I can't seem to get the comment moderation box back.

I tried some changes in Integrations >> Joomla Article >> Layout >> Comment Form but I cant seem to get the moderation box back either in Joomla Articles or EasyBlog for guests only.
