Issues with our delivery email on Mandrill

We seem to be experiencing some email delivery issues by our mail provider Mandrill, earlier but the issue has now been resolved and you should be getting the mails really soon. Apparently the emails that we have sent out from our helpdesk a couple of hours ago wasn't delivered. If you have submitted a support ticket or email but still haven't received a reply yet, please do let us know.
