Joomla 4

• Single click updater will work correctly now when updating from 4.0.7 onwards

Admin

• Added new settings to toggle RSS Feeds feature 🆕

• Module packages will now display the correct latest version when they are re-discovered

Users

• Deleting user will now delete items related to the user correctly

• Deleting user will now also remove data from conversations they were part of
• Comments from blocked users are no longer visible
• Banned user profiles are no longer visible
• Resetting password for users who login using e-mail will now work correctly
  
• User avatars generated in the activity stream will now also use the same design language
• Author information is now hidden from the RSS feeds for privacy purposes
• Updated Take Photo feature to use HTML 5 API and remove the built-in flash integrations since Flash is already deprecated
• Editing profile will no longer throw errors during production mode
  

Groups

Events

• Event Attendee limit will now work correctly when the event is being edited

Marketplace

• Marketplace items will now display the Page as the author instead
• Login form will now be rendered to non logged in users when they try to contact the seller
• Activity stream will now display correct author name for marketplace items generated by Pages
• Marketplace items created in a container category will now be visible in the module
• Featured marketplace items in a sub-category is not appearing when filtered by parent category
• Reporting marketplace items will no longer display untranslated strings
• Marketplace links generated in admin notification e-mails will now generate the correct links
• The layout of marketplace custom fields are now standardized to have the same width
• Marketplace categories are now sorted accordingly in the creation form

Photos, Audio & Videos

• Albums from event, group and pages will now display correct photos associated with the album
• Author of video will now receive points when other users react on their videos
• Updated layout for Spotify post covers
• Photo resizing will no longer throw any errors for non jpeg images
• Albums will now be sorted according to the date
• Photo popup will now work correctly as soon as the user uploads the photo
  

Conversations

• Fixed issue with conversation message not being saved correctly when content contains special characters
  
• Conversations will no longer throw errors when there is a menu item created for Conversation Archives

Applications

• EasySocial Mobile Template has been updated to v2.3.12

• Notes App has been updated to v2.1.6
• Tablet Template has been updated to v2.2.7
  

Others

• Added new settings in Upcoming Birthday module to only show friends birthdays only 🆕
• Added new module position stackideas-toolbar to allow toolbars to be positioned on the same position across all our extensions 🆕
  
• QR Code module will now render the correct codes even with caching enabled
• Mentions will now work correctly when there is an emoji before or after a word
• Conversations will no longer throw errors when there is a menu item created for Conversation Archives

Update to EasySocial 4.0.7

Updating EasySocial is a pretty straight-forward procedure. You can update EasySocial using the single click updater in Joomla or the back end of EasySocial. Alternatively, you can also download the latest version from your dashboard and install it just like how you normally install any extension.
