Z-index with reaction and beyond links

Hello.
1) navigate to single video page on mobile (iOS 15,3 iPhone 11)
2) find reaction button
3) hold finger on reaction button
4) wait for 6 reactions display
5) press on any 1 of 6 reaction on top area of it (like green line at screenshot)
Result: in fact it will not work. Will be open link of previous / next video that beyond this reaction.

I suppose there is something wrong with z-index.
