z-index issues with ED toolbar

Background: I was having trouble when scrolling the page - the ED tool bar would display on top of my fixed main menu at the top of the page. You guys quickly fixed the problem - which was great!

HOWEVER: I now notice some weird behavior with the drop-down menu, when I login and click on the profile link at the right- hand side of the tool bar.

For instance, you can login to the frontend to see the issue on the page at http://whazzat.org/wonder-stories.html (frontend login info attached). And the same type of issue can be found on numerous other pages, when the profile link is clicked... e.g.1) the "Votes" element displays on top of the profile dropdown at http://whazzat.org/wonder-stories/slow-down,-you-move-too-fast.html 2) the "max upload size" element displays on top of it at http://whazzat.org/wonder-stories/profile/edit.html and so on.

I've included frontend, backend, and FTP login in the site details below.

Please advise.
