Hello.
in Profile Types > ACL > Videos > Maximum File Size For Video Uploads: 300.
When user try to create new video (uplaod video), he can see 300 Mb as expected.
But when user try to edit allready existed linked video, and want to upload video, he can see 4096 Mb.
