Write new post redirects to an old URL

Hi,
We've been testing easy blog for a while now and we think we are getting enough traffic on the blog so we've decided to re-install the extension onto our preferred domain and with the intention of terminating the old blog site should everything work out right. So far we've been successful in almost everything but some tags and the write new post redirects users to the old blog site. What exactly is the problem. I can't think anymore. Somebody please help soon.
