It happens frequently and i have not been able to work out why as there does not seem to be any pattern to the issue, but sometimes users appear in the EasySocial Pending Approval area, even when theyare enabled and activated through the self-confirmation process.
Registration may be direct through PayPlans or through the Newsletter with AcyMailing.
I confirmed/removed a previous list of users in the pending area, but another two have appeared - I have not adjusted anything for either user, could you identify what is happening please?
If you look at the users list in EsySocial, 4 out of the last 5 registrations have not been completed through self-confirmation but two are in pending approval.
