which blog theme ?

hi there, while browsing your site I cam acress a blog theme at http://www.cloudaccess.net/about-us/blog.html is that one of the themes that comes with a EB subscription? If so which one? or is that a customized theme? If customized can you point to some documentation on how to customize EB themes ?
