1) Can you tell me where the files are located for customizing the e-mail notifications? I found the logo information but would like to do a bit more (i.e., add hyperlink in logo to a site, it's not the same as the site where the e-mail is sent, add a footer, add other stuff...).
2) I'm using mandrill and I know you do as well. Is there any chance that in the future customers would be able to just specify their own, or modified versions of your, Mandrill templates?
3) Last, for anyone interested, I've found CMandrill to be very easy to use and effective (uses the Mandrill API to send email rather than SMTP).
