Where is the "Assign Plan" App?

Basically, this app allowed you to add a plan to another plan. For instance, one part of the product is a "lifetime" subscription but the other part of the product should expire after 3 months. So you create one subscription that is life and then add a 3-month subscription with this app. Both show up in the dashboard and the user has the ability to extend the 3-month subscription.

PS can we make the "Make this post private" options on this forum NOT checked as default. There are a bunch of posts that I would like to read but I think people just don't realize they have made their post private. What's a forum good for if all the posts are private . . . Thanks!
