Where do the group category LINK descriptions in wall posts come from?

I am wondering where the text is coming from that is automatically populated in the EasySocial streams when a link is shared.

If you look at https://www.drcarney.com/greengal

You will see that the description is not coming from the menu description. So, I am wondering where it is coming from?

I would like to be able to make the link to https://www.drcarney.com/club/groups have unique text describing the groups.
