For my blog posts, I am getting an error saying that my title and meta descriptions are different than the SERP values. For example, <a href="https://www.springshomes.com/blog/entry/pikes-peak-regional-building-department" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.springshomes.com/blog/entry/pikes-peak-regional-building-department</a> . I don't understand where it is getting the SERP values if I have manually set the page values?

For example, https://www.springshomes.com/blog/entry/pikes-peak-regional-building-department . I don't understand where it is getting the SERP values if I have manually set the page values?
