When user edits a question...and moderation is On edit shows Like new Question! Faulty i deleted user post thinking it was a repost.

Dear support if moderation is on and some user decides on his question or reply to edit the content in the backend and in the forum configuration i get a notice that a new Question or Reply is made this is confussing because there were users that edit in one day their unanswered question 3 times...and i had in the frontend forum configuraton notices that i the user posted 3 new questions with the same content....and so i delete them...as a result i deleted the Original Question too because all three of them were edits of the original one. You must add an edit notification so that we can recognize if it is a new copy that a user tries to spam..or an edited post.Regards Zisopoulos Athanasios.
