What's the easiest way to reverse the orientation of popbox-notifications

Hello,

I've adapted the wireframe template so that the icon menu appears on the left.

Is there an easy way to change the orientation of the notification popup so that it displays to the left rather then the right... I've tried to adapt the CSS but the position of the popup seems to be calculated on the fly.

In other words, is there an easy way to get it to slide over to the left by a couple hundred pixels.
