We doesn't receive emails sent to "admin"

Hi,
we doesn't receive the emails send to "admin", for example when a payment goes wrong and the customer have the possibility to send a message to the admin when returning from paypal.

I can't find any setting regarding admin email in your component - to what email is the message sent?
