I tried to upgrade to the current PayPlans extension and got the error "Warning
Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes."

This has not happened before.

Joomla 3.9.1
Database Version 5.6.41-84.1 , utf8mb4_general_ci
PHP: 7.0.25
