Hello there,
Could you add a feature that allows admins/system to give some notes/tags on users like "Verified", "Trustable" or "Not Verified". Couchsurfing does something a like and many membership sites do the similar as well. It can serve to feature some users. It is also site's reference for the user.
Maybe it can be done automatically. For example, if a user is reported 10 times as spammer, system can add that user as "Not Verifed" or something else. So people can interact with each other in a more secure way on the site. We can also urge them to become a member of the site if they want to be featured on this site as a Verified Member. WHat do you think?
