Vimeo Thumbnails Do Update Consistently : Take 02

There is still something weird going on with videos here:

I have added a video:

And it is not showing up in the first link!

I can see the same video here in my profile stream.

If it helps "Intermediate Subtitles in FCPX 02c" was also showing twice.
I deleted it once and BOTH got deleted.
Then added "Intermediate Subtitles in FCPX 02c" again
And then "Intermediate Subtitles in FCPX 02d"

RESULT = "Intermediate Subtitles in FCPX 02d" shows up inconsistently
