View Category Listings by Distance / Radius

We need distance/radius functionality of pages.

Currently, if we select one of our Categories e.g "Restaurants", the views are by "Latest, Alphabetical, Popular"...

Latest:
.../pages/categories/14-restaurants/all/latest

Alphabetical (Name)
.../pages/categories/14-restaurants/all/name

Popular:
.../pages/categories/14-restaurants/all/popular

A.) Need another view that is by "Distance." Perhaps this function detects the users IP and assumes "general" city location? ...because the user simply clicks on the category - they don't enter their zip code in this case. For instance, if I go to Yelp, it already knows the city where i am located.

B.) Need the distance view to be the default view for all existing and new categories

C.) On the Categories listing page (example /pages/categories/14-restaurants/all/distance), show the distance of each listing in miles from user/guest.


Can this currently be done, and if so how? If not, can we pay to have this developed for us?
