Video - adding tag(s) for non-members

As it pertains to EasySocial, this may qualify for custom work, or feature request, not sure.

As it is, tag(s) applied to videos can only be specified for EasySocial members/users. Is it possible to add functionality to add tag(s) for non-members/users also? For example, if I add a video of Mad Max - Fury Road, I'd like to add Tom Hardy as a tag for that video. Then a user can search by tag, for all videos that include Tom Hardy.
