Using JCE editor as default

I have set JCE editor as default editor in Easyblog
When I create a blog in the front end with Super User Access, I can use JCE editor.
But when I have other access ie Editor or Manager, it reverts to Easyblog Composer in front end editing
There JCE Editor profiles set up for Editor and Manager Access.
Is there something more I have to do to set JCE Editor as the default editor for all users?
