Here's a strange one - on my 'Browse Users with Photos' page (URL provided) you'll see one or two users who don't have a photo showing - on the first page for example it's User 4962... I see it again a few paginated pages on with user 183.
Not a big deal but just pointing it out as something a little odd must be going on there.
