Users get badge too early (incorrect) [MOVED]

Hello. Users noticed that they get some Badges too early. For example this one:

Video Creator
Love to create videos on the site.
To unlock this badge, you need to create videos for more than 100 times on the site.

but some users get badge when statistic was about 70 videos.

How it works not?
User totally added 90 videos, but 30 of them was deleted anytime. Later he added 30 videos more. And he get badge only with 70 videos instead of 100

Suggestion is to: give badge when user will have 100 PUBLISHED videos.
