Users can't get 'Explorer' badge

Hello.
This user say that he can't get badge:

Explorer (Преследователь)
Window shoppper for users.
To unlock this badge, you need to view at least 100 user profiles.

He visited 100 user's timelines and "About me" pages.

This admin is active too. And I suppose he should get this badge too.

How can I check (may be in database) that he really did it?

And how can I check that this Achivement works correctly?
