Usergroup fails to change after expiration

Hello,

This is an ongoing issue which Manisha have been helping us since last year.

Here is a recap below:

Our plans expire on a fixed date "March 31" every year.
Then usergroup is set to be changed on expiration.

However, every year, we see several cases where usergroup fails to change, among hundreds of users.

So Manisha provides us a plugin to debug the issues.

I have written a custom script, it will dump debug stack in the file (root/tmp >> random number file) when user group will change and also notify us about it through email. After checking the dumped data and emails we will be able to rectify the issue.
Please find attached plugin. Install this plugin and enable it (Extension >> Plugin Manager >> search for Payplans-CustomUser).

When this issue occurs we will be able to debug it.
If Any subscription expires and usergroup not changes then please update me.

This year on March 31, we will let you know if error happened.
Will you be able to take care of this issue?
