User self approval.

Hi.
How can i set user automatic registration?
I dont want to approve all users.
Joomla setting is set to self approove.
If any user will register then next screen display:

"Waiting for your acceptation,

If your account will be approved we sent you an email.

on dashboard user ist activated but inactive.
