User Profile set to show "About" instead of Timeline, but is going to the second section - why?

I have my user profiles set to show the About section by default instead of the Timeline. I have two tabs on the About - the second called "Lifestyle." This has secondary information on it, like hobbies. For some reason, in the last few weeks the system has begun defaulting to that tab instead of the main About tab when hitting the profile. This is pretty annoying for users, because they have to click around to find the most important information.

How can we fix this? There is no setting that affects this.
