User Profile/ACL to Control Target Blog Audience

I currently have EasyBlog V5.0.28 installed with EasySocial V1.3.29 and want to understand if there is a way to control the Blog Post target audience based on the authors user profile.

I have two types of User Profiles:
> Member = Registered ACL
> Leader = Editor ACL

I want Members to be able to create Blog Posts to Only Me and My Friends.
I want Leaders to be able to create BLOG Posts to Everyone, Registered Users, My Friends and Only Me.

In EasyBlog there is a great ACL configuration section where I can control the functionality of the Registered and Editor ACL settings, however I cannot find a way that I can control the target audience that the author can send their BLOG to.

Is this possible or is this currently a limitation of EasyBlog 5?
