User Privacy Settings at Registration

I have been asked by resgistered users if, at registration time, there is a way they can set their own privacy parameters, or once registered, if they can change their privacy settings. Do you have an application for that purpose?

For example, from the backend, the administrator can set these privacy parameters for "Registered Users" in quite some detail via EasySocial > Profile Types > Privacy. This is quite extensive and great, but this applies only to the whole site, by the administrator. It would be beneficial if Users had access to these parameters so that each user can customize his/her own privacy profile.
