User getting error message when trying to post photo on their event page

Hi... One user is getting a HTTP Error message when trying to upload an image file to the activity stream of an event... details provided below.

The same user can upload the same image without error on the general site activity stream. I can't work out what the problem is.

Any ideas? Thanks!
