User can see private photo’s thumb in stream

Hello.
1) User1 create album (public)
2) User1 upload photo to album
3) User2 react to this photo
Result 1: it creates stream item about reaction.
4) User1 edit album privacy to “only for me” to hide it and photo
Result 2: Stream item is still public and any guest can view big photo’s thumb.
Expected result: May be when user1 change album privacy > change also photos privacy > change streams privacy related with this photos? Is it possible?
